Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for TellTail.

  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including pet product manufacturers, service providers, retailers, and influencers.

  • Negotiate and close partnership deals that are mutually beneficial for both TellTail and our partners.

  • Manage existing partner relationships to ensure ongoing success, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Represent TellTail at industry expos, conferences, and other events to network and promote our brand.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development to leverage partnerships for maximum impact.

  • Regularly report partnership performance metrics to company leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, account management, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships that drive revenue and brand growth.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to travel for expos, partner meetings, and other events as needed.

  • Experience in the pet industry is a bonus but not required.
